hooray!
My new computer has finally arrived, and I am playing with my friend's Eee while I wait for my downgrade from vista to xp to complete. I am so happy that I will finally have a computer again and be able to use my internet. The Eee is a cute little machine, but the keyboard is about the same as one for a palm pilot, so it's a teeny bit awkward to type on.
There is good news on the work-front --- I have a job at Royal Bank beginning January 2nd. It's a casual position, but the first 6 weeks are full-time training, and my wage is $13.50 per hour. For the fist time I really beleive all the people who kept telling me that I couldn't find a job before becaue a better one was coming.
