An update? Who know!
So things have been CRAZY. I'm obviously back from drum corps. It was pretty amazing. Madison Scouts '06 "Primal Forces." I still can't believe I did it and got through it. Even though I'm not going back to Scouts next year, it was still a great experience despite all the shit that happened. I should be doing it next summer. My top two choices of the moment: Phantom Regiment and Boston Crusaders.
I phased in as the director of the Edgewood guard. It's pretty rough right now. The technique is getting great, but the opener is barely readable. Obviously there was some issues this summer while I was gone. The ten sets I've given them for the closer are cleaner than the opener they've had since band camp. Hmmm...Oh well, we'll work it out. I got Sierra from dance classes with me at school in with me. She marched Phantom this summer...diva! Man, I can't wait for winter guard! I have the song picked out, it's fierce. I know Dylan would appriciate it. High school nostalgia!! Haha
Classes are going well. Three dance classes, dropping one. I have Core of Dance Technique I, Movement Improvisation, and Ballet. I'm taking public speaking, which I love oddly enough. Hate finite...shocker. I still have both of my flute lessons, which are going pretty well. Baroque flute is incredible.
Anyways, speaking of flute, I have a modern flute lesson soon, so time to catch the bus at the stadium!
