Though I'm sure biological warfare is quite effective in a place where people truly stay dead, if you intend to make a lasting impression on the trash you're destroying, be sure it's far more bloody and painful. Merely killing someone isn't nearly enough in a place where they wake up the next day. You have to hurt them, and mean it.
...I'd also request that next time, you use something far more potent to kill the populace before they have the chance to die into their communicators.
This restlessness has no end. Knives-sama seems to be preoccupied toying with the Stampede and his pet, but I... The truce still stands, and as long as it's in place, I cannot kill him. Knives-sama has ordered it.
Perhaps it's time to find a replacement. At least for now.
