Sometimes it's fun trouble! Usually it's not. ...I'm not going to complain about excitable Roman soldiers running about Cardiff, though, unless there's a huge number of them.

I wouldn't want to delegate if it was only one. Roman soldiers can be very entertaining.

Well, I meant the large groups, not just the one. Obviously you wouldn't delegate just the one.
