[It's as black as, well, the inside of Jim's pocket. There's rustling noises; he's walking somewhere. Apparently, you can butt-dial PCDs. Jim never knew.

He pulls the PCD out of his pocket, and there's a blur of street before it focuses on his face. ]

How long has this thing been on?

[He sighs. This always happened with his PADD, too. Button mashing

Depends. Do ya care more about running water, or electricity?

Running water. [He could jury rig something with the electricity to charge his phaser, probably, but the opportunity to have a water source and a way of keeping relatively clean is more important to him at the moment.]
