Fifth Bite [Audio//English]

[As usual, Drusilla is singing to herself. The song seems like it should be merry, but Drusilla sings it in a flat key and slow, so it has a darker undertaking to it. And it's likely not a coincidental choice in music, either. The communicator picks up halfway through the song, due to Drusilla's carelessly tinkering around with the device.]

Her golden hair in ringlets fair,
                            her eyes like diamonds shining,
her slender waist, her heavenly face,
that leaves my heart still pining...
Ye gods above, oh hear my prayer,
to my beauteous fair to find me,
and send me safely back again
to the girl I left behind me.

Mmm... I've always liked that song. Of course, it was popular long before I was born. Though I find it brings a special meaning with it lately.

Sweet Prince. I know you can hear... I thought I'd let you know I can stomach certain tastes again and I'm famished... Would you care to join me for a bite?
