Sittin' At Work
Well, I am taking a break at work right now. I am excited to skate with the kids tonight at Nooma (the summer youth program). I am starting yet another book with a reading group-The Old Man and the Sea. I've listened to it on tape before, but it will be nice to actually read the print. I told my friend Reed that he needed to grow up yesterday because he called my mom at 3 in the morning to pick him up from someone's house. He was drunk, and has done this a million times before. I feel bad though because he said he doesn't want to have any more contact with our family while he is in town.
Nothing else really new. Getting more and more e-mails from people at school, which is great. I talked to Chase. I have really been praying for him so I'm glad that I was able to e-mail him. I got 720 and Super C for 8-bit Nintendo yesterday. I also rented The Mission and Lost in Translation. The Mission was incredible but I've yet to watch Lost in Translation.
