maybe I'm not doing something right.
For some reason I never seem to be scheduled on Fridays.
Even if I would have had the opportunity to pick up a shift today, though, I probably wouldn't have. Simply from being too stressed out from the week, and knowing the weekend will be long.
I haven't really made any new friends up here. The people from my work are all mostly chill, but I don't really hang out with any of them, and have no means of meeting people anywhere else.
The friends I do have up here from the Springs...almost never hit me up to do anything.
Occasionally I get an invite to go drink with Mike or Nick but I can't/don't always want to do that.
I would have to say that Nick Ell hits me up more than anybody, and Danny never answers nor returns calls.
We have been to a few decent parties up here, but nothing that makes me want to really care to know anybody there.
I am pretty happy up here and am still glad I moved, but sometimes there are so many people around me, it's just a reminder of how many friends I don't have.
