Once you have been accepted, please fill out this form and post it in your journal under info. This information will be endlessly useful to your fellow muns in the game! Most of the information can be copied from your application, so don‘t fret over all the fields.

Name: Character’s full name
Age: How old your character is
Gender: What sex your character is
Movie/series: The movie or series in which your character xe appears
Year or position: Please be specific; “first year” means nothing when the Academy runs from Kindergarten all the way through college!
Non/Speaking Animal/Companion (is applicable): Examples, Pascal [Tangled], Carpet [Aladdin], Xerxes [Aladdin: The Animated Series], Pegasus [Hercules].
Powers (if applicable): If your character has any supernatural or unusual powers, please explain them here!

Personality:
Canon Background: Can be a link to a Wikipedia or other such page
AU Background: The character’s background in this game’s world
Appearance: A description of how your character outwardly appears to others; can range from anywhere from a short description to in-depth, depending on how much there is to tell.
Classes: What did you sign them up for/ what classes will your character teach?
Clubs: Any clubs your character has joined or is supervising
Best Subject: What area your character excels in
Greatest Fear: This is meant to be an in-depth study of your character's greatest fear. This cannot be generic or silly, but something very specific to your character's experiences and life. Characterization is key here.
How long have they been at the school: Did they never leave? Returning student? Brand new? Explain here!
Has your character been enrolled at the school before? Do they remember it? In other words, are you picking up a character? Has the Mist affected their memory of it in any way, shape, or form?
Relationships with other characters: Describe your characters relationship with other characters in the game.

Kissing/hugging/etc: Would you care if your character was to be hugged, kissed or given other gestures of affection?
Injuries: Can range anywhere from small scratches to mortal wounds.
Killing: Would you care if your character was killed (usually, this happens in Mist Rescues, where the death is not real)?
Mindreading/memory wiping/etc.: Would you care if you characters memories were altered?
