Amazing.

I might as well just copy and paste Justin's post.

Best weekend in a long, long time. We saw Cloverfield on Friday night, and it was absolutely wonderful. Just fantastic. Everything I had hoped for and more. Go out of your way to see it many, many times.

Yo, Adrian! had its second show at 56 Elm tonight. The day started off with a lunch at Friendlys with the band, Liz, Bryce, and the now-moved-away Chris. It was a goodbye lunch to follow up the goodbye party that was thrown last night.

After that, we practiced for four or five hours. We hammered out the one new song that we had been working on, and then we came up with a second new one in about an hour. We debuted both of them tonight.

We had a fucking blast, man. I absolutely love my friends and this band. I never thought that I'd be able to be a lead singer-guy in a band at all. I've always wanted to, but I always thought that I would just be too damn shy and introverted to do it. Before the first show, I was a nervous wreck all week. This time, I was just excited... and we all just had a fucking stellar time.

I am one hundred percent, absolutely, positively, perfectly happy with everything in my life right now.

I'm currently converting the video from our show so that I can upload it. It should be up in the morning... or whenever I get up. I'm on such a high right now that I'm not sure if I can fall asleep anytime soon.

i've seen heroic falls. busted lips from microphone brawls. angelic songs sung by all within the hardback walls. it never mattered who you were or where you worked. it never mattered who you were or what you earned. what mattered was what you gave and what you loved. what mattered was what you gave and what was learned. like one for all for one. whatever turn of events may come. we all live underground - underground, where it stays warm. community with common sounds. we work together to break ground. it doesn't matter who you are or where you work. it doesn't matter who you are or what you earn. what matters is what you give and what you love.what matters is how you live and if you love.
