Attention, students!
Quidditch try-outs are being held this week. The schedule is as such:
Gryffindor: Try-Outs are on Tuesday.
Slytherin: Try-Outs are on Wednesday.
Ravenclaw: Try-Outs are on Thursday.
Hufflepuff: Try-Outs are on Friday.
Form your teams within the next week, and practices can start any time from October 24 to November 7. Make sure you're prepared for the first match, between Gryffindor and Slytherin, which will be held on November 14.
Also, Hogwarts will be hosting it's first annual Halloween ball on October 30th from 7:00 p.m. to midnight (although I'm sure there shall indeed be after-parties in the house common rooms). Anyone and everyone is welcome to come, from 1st to 7th years. Prefects are expected to help decorate for the event! Costumes are not necessary, although house points WILL be awarded to those who dress up!
So let us all make this year's Halloween ball a good one, so there will be more for years to come!
