I have been incredibly sleepy today. I completely skipped church, slept until nearly 12, than slept again from 2-3. And yes, after dinner I fell asleep in my chair. I just LOVE fibro fatigue. And I really am afraid that I'll be awake all night, hence the Advil P.M. I just took. I don't think I'll really have any trouble going to sleep...merely a precaution. Part of the fatigue may be from the hormonal shifts from hell I am experiencing. In the span of 2-3 mintues you can experience: Weepy Headbanger, Psycho Headbanger, and any and all moods in between. Fun.
