Need approximately 500-1000 flowers. Price must be reasonable. And with reasonable I don't mean The Fabulous Life reasonable. Any help would be highly appreciated!

Okay -- after some poking and phone calls I tracked down a place in your area that seems pretty reasonable on fresh flowers and if you follow what the Lieutenant said about going to get day old flowers you could probably get it even better.

(This is seriously the cheapest place in SB that my contacts know.)
