★ Once you're finished filling out the application, please wait for mod approval!
★ Once accepted, introduce yourself in haunting_ooc then go right ahead and get started in the game!
★ Genderbends and AU's are ALLOWED. Please put a note somewhere in the application if you're genderbent or AU please! Please note that while we allow AUs as such, a character's personality should not differ too much from their original canon. There may be slight differences, but the essence of the character should still be most evident.
★ IMPORTANT REGARDS TO AU: Please give us a background of how the AU differs from canon. It might have to be in detail depending on the AU.

First Person Sample: Done in first person style. Prompts to help you:
1: Arriving to the Mansion
2: Ghost heads in the grave yard speaking to you about Happy Hauntings
3: Dining Hall has a few ghosts that duel every night. They emerge from their painting, point and shoot phantom bullets.
4: Every hallway in the Mansion has candlesticks that float to guide your way
Recycled first person samples (so old samples from other RPs), if substantial, can also be used. You can also use links to posts and threads from other games and Dear Mun posts.
Third Person Sample: Done in a third person, past tense, style. Prompts above are also available to use for this part of the application. Please use a different one than from your first person sample. If you have links from other games or Dear Mun posts, please feel free to link at least TWO of them!

Applications are screened, so it's best you apply using a journal so you can view it! Even with your character journal. If your application takes more than one comment, don't worry! Just divide it into parts and post a new comment one after the other (for some reason, LJ doesn't allow you to reply to screened comments. Sadness. But it actually does keep this clean).
