how to have a nervous breakdown:
1. think about everything going badly in your life.(re: relationships, grades, hormonal imbalances, bends in your neck)
2. multiply it by 5.
3. start hyperventilating and slowly begin to cry between breaths.
4. realize that the teenage years are supposed to be the greatest years of your life.
5. think about the fact you'll be dead soon.
6. scream, throw things, shake crying.
7. eat a comfort food.
8. pat yourself on the back, you've achieved your nervous breakdown.
