you know, this whining and bitching wouldnt be happening if kerry won, bush supporters have more class than that. face the fact that kerry couldnt get enough supporters out to vote for him. and bush definitely could.
ha of course people wouldn't be bitching, cause people would know America is in better hands. it's not about class, it's about being upset and scared of what's gonna happen to our country and people are voicing their opinion. you can't say that whining and bitching wouldn't have come from republicans if kerry won, cause you don't know that.
i am glad that the country voiced its opinion. and the right one, at that.
that's all else im going to say about the election. i am happy that i voted, and that my guy won. simple as that. just wanted to express my happiness in my effin' journal without having to start another political debate, because i am honestly tired of it. its over and like another one of my lj friends said, "now can we go back to being friends?" and on that note, im freezing this thread because i dont wanna hear it.
Odd that the one of the biggest concerns of middle America, where the majority of Bush supporters were from was that Bush could protect them and Kerry couldn't.
Whereas Washington DC and New York, the two places that were actually targets of the terrorist attacks.. they voted for Kerry.
4 years of propoganda goes a long way when it comes to votes.
4 more years of killing poor people in stone huts on the other side of the world because they wont sell you oil.
4 more years of putting people into power in foreign countries that will sign deals to make bush's family millions.
4 more years of scaring the american public with propoganda so that they'll say how high when bush says jump.
4 more years of trying to get constitutional amendments put in place to discriminate against people.
4 more years of blacklisting entire countries when they wont go along with what america says.
4 more years of no fly lists, secret service visits and fear to speak against the president in public.
it's a great day. it really is.
