Ah, Summer!
I'm here outside driking sweet tea (Melissa makes the best, by the way) and typing my paper. In the distance are sounds of riding mowers and birds. The summer sounds surround me as I invoke the muse for aid in my 'adventurous song.'
Okay, I may be a bit dramatic, here, but I'm loving this. Sadly, my short story class ends this Thursday--it was been WONDERFUL. I hope all of you take college life this way--that you learn, that you eagerly take in all that you should. Desperately consume yourselves in a love affair with knowledge. And then add to that knowledge, purpose. Our world will thank you for it; and if not, at least I will.
