A surprise to absolutely no one, Civil War #4 was a piece of crap.  The predictable person died, the returned person has an unpredictable yet completely ridiculous explanation for their appearance, the logic/science was out the window, the characters continue to lack their usual characterization in favor of Nazi Lite

The only thing it missed out on was the chance for the black man to die first - oh, wait, wasn't Night Thrasher in Stamford when Nitro go splodey? Nevermind.
