Nano anyone?

We're already a few days into November, and I think it's a fair guess that if any of you are doing nanowrimo, you've already gotten started, but I was just curious if any of our members were taking up this challenge?

Still scribbling away at my Owlpost fic; it took me AGES to come up with a workable concept that has at least a tenuous connection to the prompt I'm writing to. *sigh* It's due on the 25th, and all I've written so far are 1800 words, still fragments of the whole story, and that's about a fourth or fifth of what the finished thing will be.

I've done original fiction for the last 4 years for NaNo, but this year I'm doing HP fanfic. I'm really enjoying it. I decided to resurrect the sequel to my fic Gold Tinted Spectacles and finally try to finish it - only 11 years after I first started it :) It's been a while since I seriously wrote any fanfic and I had forgotten how much fun it is to get into an epic :D

I always get a kick out of seeing other NaNo'ers talk about how they are doing. Good luck to everyone.

I am NaNoing for wordcount only, still working on finishing up assignments. Was going strong except this week I've been running a convention which has killed my time. :(
