And I'm pretty sure, iirc, that you guessed straight away :D. You bright spark, you. I never think I have enough detail! Except maybe in that third picture, heh... I don't think that could've coped with any more detail.

Guh! Heartbreak there at the end, but for Epilogue it definitely works. The images were just ... wow, so detailed. Very good.

Heartbreak there at the end

You think so? I though Draco was smiling while he touched his collar. I took it to mean they would be carrying on.

You know, I'm glad I read this because I totally missed that in the corner there. My brain was focused on that angsty look they shared across the platform in the previous panel and the conflicted look Harry gave him over his shoulder as he left with Ginny and Lily.

Still, I think it's open for a lot of ambiguity.

Oh yes. But I don't think Draco will let go so easily - he knows what's his.

This is a very interesting story in the context of the epilogue. I wonder if Draco sells himself for the money or because he likes it. I prefer to think the latter.

:)

I love the font you've used, as it really enhances the notion of Harry's confusion. I did struggle to read it a tiny bit on the first and second frames, although this might be because I don't know how to enlarge the image on my screen!

I find myself feeling so sorry for Ginny here.

I rather prefer to think the latter, too, though with complications. Well, because I'm a sucker for rent-boy angst ;). Likes what Harry's offering, perhaps, rather than liking the job as a whole... or perhaps it's a giant fuck-you to proper society... Draco could have all sorts of motivations, actually, and I never decided on one - I was enjoying toying with different possibilities and I didn't want to close off any of the colouring-process-daydreams.

Was the image particularly small? That's a pain - I don't know how it looks on other screens, just mine, which is fairly large and bright. I was talking in another comment about how I ended up choosing the font for the look of it, more than the legibility - what you say about it going with Harry's confusion is pretty much exactly what I was going for. It's a bit unbalanced, a bit chaotic - I can't imagine he was feeling too even for the first while, and I just wanted to keep the same font throughout all the pictures ( ... )

Oh, that's beautiful! The style is so much like the Sandman comics - it seems like something that would have fit in perfectly in Endless Nights. (and because of my Sandman-fangirlyness, that's one of the highest compliments I can give)Wonderful!

Ee, Sandman! I've been thrilled every time you've mentioned that, because YAY. Not only are they cool stories, but the art was really evocative and a bit outside the comic book norm. And even if it's only the dark colours with the purple hints, and the light lettering on black boxes, the comparison still makes me happy :).

Good and powerful. I love it when the art tells a story, and the collar in the last frame says it all. It's also a great explanation to Harry's notice (in canon) of Draco's buttoned-up clothes on the epilogue.

(I accidentally answered "9" instead of "yes" on #1... sorry!)
