Summary: Draco’s hunting in the middle of the winter when he meets the boy. And then suddenly Draco’s falling and he doesn’t know how to stop.
Why you should read this: I haven't read too many creature fics that weren't veela, vampire, or werewolf, so this is a nice change. I love the innocence Harry has towards everything and how Draco reacts to him as the relationship grows, wanting more out of life that what his parents have planned for him. I'm glad I read this even if it's bittersweet despite the fairy tale style. I love the prose, simple, yet able to pack a powerful punch, especially in the final scenes.
In all honesty, he wanted to watch Harry when he got him off-he’d seen nothing but carefree brightness when he was with Harry, aside from the brief moments when Draco managed to playfully shove him in the water or when now when he’d just pulled away.
But he wanted to see Harry in pleasure, irresistible, and he tightened his grip around Harry’s cock and Harry was red and hard in his hold. Harry still looked confused, but dove for Draco’s lips and started kissing him messily again. Draco laughed again. “You like doing that, don’t you?”
Harry nodded and crawled into Draco’s lap and Draco didn’t mind at all.
