I think with some really hard, decent editing this could be a terrific story. I think it lacked some H/D interaction which was a shame really, as the prompt left it wide open for some wonderful dialogue between the two of them while stuck in the room. Instead, Draco wonders if they'd be as good as back then and all is solved. It seemed a bit of a waste of a plan if things were that easy, especially seeing as the entire story was focused on setting up this confrontation in the room. As a personal thing the American spelling of 'mom' and 'ass' are off putting.

I really liked the Al/Scorpius interaction, though and the two of them forgetting Lily was there all the time was really very funny.

ahhhh, me sorry :D i didn't want to do all that much H/D. while i love them and i do, the prompt gave me the impression of writing the story with the underlying of H/D, as what stuck out was the fact that the two boys figured out and set out to find out what was wrong and fix it. besides, I'M NOT DONE YET!!! this story will be continued in my personal LJ once the reveal is posted. i've already begun on the "aftermath of the plan" as i'm calling it where harry and draco are stuck in the room and STILL arguing.

I found the fact that everyone (even Snape!) was in on the plan to be quite amusing. And then, after getting them together, to have the boys take off because EW! - they wouldn't want to actually hear what's going on between their dads. :D
