Hello! Wow, thank you - this was lovely!

I wrote a reply out earlier but it seems to have disappeared - or I suck at posting :P

I love all the little things that fit together in this story - the importance of the muggle timeline, for example. I also really liked the way it was written as an adventure + romance - not just romance :D I'd love to know what caused those surges (and how on earth Nott got to be stronger than Harry! -- but maybe that's just something we take as a given, not established fact...hmmm, I'll have to think on that!)

Harry not recognising Draco was gay even though he was making sexual innuendos to all of their colleagues + brilliant!

I wish I could be Head of the Auror Dept. and go to work at 10am :P

Finally, the juxtaposition of beginning and ending was great -- "What's it like to die?" -- I wonder which question Harry found harder to answer - that, or the later, regarding his relationship!

I was thinking of explaining how the surges happened, but I couldn't really find a good place to make it fit. I guess it's just one of those mysteries that will never go answered.
