*HUGS* Oh wow, you really nailed all my requests! I can't tell you how much I've been jonesing for a forced marriage H/D. Just... *LE SIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH* Thank you very very much!

I really love the Healer angle in this, particularly Draco being very much adept at it, and most of all, Harry going through school to become one! I've read a lot of fics where I see the aftermath of Harry carrying on with some form of higher education after Hogwarts, but rarely (if ever) have I seen him while he's doing it, and this aspect was lovely. I feel like I could have read a whole other fic all on its own of his experiences in this school with these teachers and classmates.

Another thing I loved was being plunged directly into the middle of the story, as if I already knew what was going on. I ADORE it when I, as a reader, am trusted to pick up on cues and I don't have everything laid out for me in advance. Your opening sequence with Harry waking alone and immediately giving me the reasons why this is a sad, sad thing was wonderful, and then his interaction with Scorpius! Made my day!

I enjoyed the dire aftereffects of the war on this society. Maybe "enjoy" is the wrong word... Let me say I appreciated them, then. Because it was really vivid and horrible and lent a lot of credence to Draco's desperation in terms of being out of options to save his son. I love a good deep backstory and world building, and this definitely scored. Like Draco and Harry did, eventually. *snerk*

Harry's letter to Draco broke my little heart, but it was also so very him: sad, but strong, too, not leaning over backwards anymore. That's the Harry I love. He knows what he wants, but he's also not one to sit by and let the world run him over with it. He comes to terms with what he can't have and he moves forward.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this! *HUGS SOME MOAAAAR*

You have no idea how happy I am that you liked this story! I seriously jumped for joy because I was so nervous about it. I just tried my best to incorporate as many of your requests/prompts as I could. I got your pm too and will respond to it. Sometimes, I don't get email notifications about pms, which annoys me. = (
