OH MY GOD.

I WAS NOT READY FOR MY GIFT TO BE POSTED. *jumps around the room* Wait, I made notes, yes I made notes as I read through this darling because I have to tell you why I love, LOVE this perfect fic!

First, let me tell you that I was having a hard time trying to read the fic slowly, because it's so perfect and I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN NEXT! I really wanted to savor the fic. *flails*

The Pristination Charm! Draco stroking its cover and the interview request from Daily Prophet! jflakfdfjsd It was so adorable and just like Draco to treasure the proofs of his personal success, and of course with a little hint of smugness. *grins* I love the part when Draco showed a little jealousy after Maria and Harry talked, hah! And Draco's giddiness in his new-relationship euphoria? TOO ADORABLE.

Slightly-stern!Ex-Auror Harry! Yes, please. YES. I love how you subtly showed Harry's competence in his job. Harry's lack of soft skill (and his annoyance at it) also amused me to no end, because I can relate to that. *snorfles*

Your way of describing the effect of Imperio on Draco was kind of disturbing. It's like I could feel Draco's disgust toward what the spell did to him. *shudders*

Anyways, THANK YOU SO MUCH for this perfect fic! I can't blabber any longer because my comment is already too lengthy. Happy Holidays, mystery author! <3

Your comment makes me blush and grin every time I read it :-D Thanks SO MUCH for such a lovely, detailed comment. I'm so, so pleased that you enjoyed the story so much. And that the little details that tickled me tickled you as well.

As for the Imperio, I need to credit owlbait's story I'd Have To, which totally changed the way I understood the Imperius Curse.

Thanks again! I hope your Holidays were fantastic.
