I loved this. The tension as they slowly fell in love, Harry's total unawareness of his own feelings, Draco's brilliance at potions, the serial killer plotline, and most of all, them sharing a small space and getting used to all each other's tiny habits, likes, and dislikes. Well done!

The teensiest Brit-pick - as an American living in London, I've noticed they don't call lo mein lo mein here. They're just called noodles here. I've not visited every Chinese restaurant in London, obvs, so can only speak anecdotally.

Really enjoyed this one, too! Lots of aurorfic today. I liked the inclusion of Portrait!Snape and the dynamic between Harry & Draco was hawt and exciting. The plot was very clever; it was suspensful and creepy. Perfect.

Oh, that was wonderful! I loved the explanation of all of the potions and the magic. The ward magic, especially, was really amazing. I really liked the way this ended--that there was a slow burn to it and it took a complicated solution to get to the bottom of two complicated people with complicated emotions and a complicated problem; it didn't quit with one kiss and everything suddenly being okay and happily ever after. Great job!

Omg omg omg!!! I love this!!! Thank you, mystery author!!!!! This is everything I love in a fic and so perfectly delivered, it's like it was tailor-made for me, hahaha! I would love this story to bits if it were just a regular fic, never mind as a gift for me! Thank you so much!

I loved Harry in this, so perfectly clueless, brilliant as an Auror, but with his characteristic blind spot when it comes to people attacking the people he cares about. I loved Draco, too, especially this: The Malfoy he knew now was even harder to imagine as a Death Eater. Malfoy spent his time poring over mouldy potions books looking for the poison Griswold favoured and complaining about the crack he was developing in his heel; he could care less about blood purity or cleansing Britain. This is exactly how I see him and I loved this characterization ( ... )
