Prompt - Draco, trying to win a Halloween contest, picks up the muggle costume 'Dead Prom Queen', thinking queen in this sense means gay.

Alas Draco, not understanding what Prom is, is horrified to find a dress as his chosen garment the eve of the party. There is no time to change costumes and he must go as is. Hilarity ensues. Bonus for an established!relationship.

Draco has fallen for Harry, and he decides to use the Ministry's annual Halloween Ball to show him how he feels via his choice of costume. Mishaps occur - the costume conveys something he wasn't going for, Harry is clueless, etc - but in the end there is much fluff and holiday smexing.
