Attention Artists! H/D Art Fest Submission Information
YAY! We've already had 27 fabulous artists claim prompts for this year's Harry/Draco Art Fest! *\o/*

If you haven't signed up yet: There are 58 wonderful prompts left, and there is still plenty of time to join in if you missed the opening of prompt claiming and would still like to participate! The claiming post can be found HERE and will remain open until October 1. You can join the fest and claim a prompt at any time up to that date. We would LOVE to have YOU!!! <3
If you have already signed up: You may submit your piece early and claim a second (or third) prompt! Claiming will remain open until October 1st and you may choose a second prompt immediately after completing and submitting your first, up to that date. :D
Submission Information: Please send your JPEG, PNG or GIF files to hdfanart@gmail.com. Remember that this is an anonymous fest and that ALL art MUST be new and drawn specifically for the Fest. It should NOT be signed or posted anywhere else until after the Reveal. We'll gladly upload a signed piece after reveals if you'd like. Also, NC-17 art will not be accepted from anyone under the age of 18. If you're underage, please use good judgement and submit an age-appropriate piece. If you're unsure of what is acceptable, please email us!
Also a new important note: This year, we are asking for advance permission to use art in our Fest pimping banner for next year. We will only consider using your art for the banner if you have given permission now, but we will contact you next year if your art is chosen, to let you know that your art is in the banner.
Okay, peeps! Here's the submission header which should be included in your email along with your art. In the subject line of your email, please include your LJ name and prompt number.
