Notes: I think I included everything except the witches or wizards flying. Draco's outfit, alone, fulfills 3 of the prompts! (costumes, cross-dressing, and nice black kitty!!) Instead of eerie, the sky is just a bit unnatural. ;)

Sense: Eeriness of a Halloween night, but romantically so.
Object: Halloween costumes (not gruesome), cross-dressing is fine.
Action: sitting on a large pumpkin together (kissing or not)
Mood: A partial cloud covered moon -- maybe some witches(wizards) high in the air on brooms. A nice black kitty would a great addition.
