Grimmauld Place had no clocks.
The first time he invited Draco over, Draco hadn’t believed him.
The second time Harry asked, there had been a hesitant rejection, but something akin to hope in the silver pools.
On the third try, Draco answered with, “Wait for me.” So Harry did, cursing his lack of timepieces for the first time.
When Draco finally arrived, Harry was waiting in front of the door. Draco walked towards him as if he couldn’t believe his eyes. “How long have you been waiting?” he asked, smoothing a palm over Harry’s cheek.
Harry smiled at him. “Forever.”
