Harry doesn’t sleep well most nights when he’s alone, after what he experienced in the war, it’s no wonder. When he does sleep, it’s nightmares that plague his dreams.
Nightmares of Snape dying alone; Teddy growing up without parents; Fred’s laughing face as he fell; and Draco, who was so frightened, he nearly didn’t take Harry’s hand in time.
Looking over at the sleeping body next to him, Harry is thankful he’s not alone tonight. Harry doesn’t sleep well most nights when he’s alone, but tonight Draco’s here to chase away his nightmares and hold him safely in his arms.
