Every time Harry sneaks after Malfoy, he's well aware that if he ever gets caught, the consequences will be far worse than what took place on the train.
On the seventh night, a loose cobblestone causes him to trip, his sudden fall making too much noise to still go unnoticed in the quiet courtyard.
Malfoy turns around. Determinedly, he walks in Harry's direction and with a predatory grin, he pulls off the cloak.
"Stalking me now, Potter?"
Harry’s convinced his luck has finally run out, but he's forced to reconsider when it's a kiss and not a kick that follows.
