bad things happen when you eat too many cookies.

bad things happen when you MAKE too many cookies and no one else will eat them because they are extremely close minded. Maybe I will take them to my lunch table tomorrow. They will enjoy them. They are very tasty. I made some chocolate cookies and they came out supurb but I remembered too late that I wanted to add peanut butter. So this morning I made some more with peanut butter and rice crispies in them. MMMMM...I love the tasty non-dairy cookies...

If I could find a way to go to Dock Street I would cook every type of yumtastic food ever to bring for the trip. I just like to cook for other people. I like to cook for myself but usually I don't want to eat four dozen cookies. I want to make stuff for other people to eat. And for some reason the great majority of my family thinks they NEED to have animal products in everything they eat. Lame.

And for some reason my mom thinks if I go vegan I won't get enough calcium.

a) the oatmeal I eat every morning has 50% of the daily recommended dosage of calcium
b) the soymilk I drink every day has 30% of the daily recommended dosage of calcium
c) the orange juice I drink every day has 35% of the daily recommended dosage of calcium

Add those up and you get 115%, not to mention brocolli is super calcium loaded veggie and I don't stint myself on that either.
Before I went veggie I hardly ever drank milk anyway.
If there is anyone she needs to worry about not getting enough calcium, it isn't me. Being vegetarian is by no means going to make me LESS healthy.
I don't have the slightest clue why people think that. I eat MORE vegetables than my meat eating relatives. MORE fruits too. and I don't eat any fried food/chips/cheese loaded crackers/ice cream/soda/a million other bad things people eat every day.

And not to mention, the amount of vegan cookies I eat will replace the shit I stopped eating. hehehe. They are just so tasty and chocolatey and beautiful! And I could make a batch without having to go to the store because we almost always have the ingredients in our house. mmmm...cookies...

Sorry about the rant. bleh! I told you too many cookies does bad things...
