so so so so so bad food wise. I ate TEN Newman o's cookies while i was watching tv. that is exactly why i normally don't snack and watch tv! I'm REALLY mad about that.
I've been drinking a really good tea mix I got from Teavana lately! I've also been making a point to travel with safe snacks and drinks. So many times I'll be at my bf's and there is nothing to drink but beer or high cal fruit juices. I will not have that prob anymore. I have a huuuge Dickie's bowling bag that I keep the beauty essentials in, and now food essential too --tupperwares with foods, my tea, my breakfast fruits-- just in case I wake up at his house and not mine! I'm not playing ANY GAMES!
I went grocery shopping to pick up food for this week... SO EXPENSIVE EATING ORGANIC AND HEALHTY. Fruits, veggies, whole grain pasta, brown rice.... I don't wanna have to feel forced to buy fast foods, or put the extra mileage on my car driving to get a safe food while i'm at work... so i'm paper baggin it! its gonna save me calories and gas money!
i got tagged in some REALLY FLATTERING pix on facebook! wow. Last summer when I was at my lowest 108... i looked AMAZING! I THINK 100 might be my ideal! OF COURSE as of last weigh in i was 112. but Ive been going hard in the gym again. Short term goal is 108 again!!!!
i PROMISE a weigh in this saturday! i'll be very focused and very conscious of getting proper sleep so i might not be able to do updates daily...
