Time to Move!

Hello everyone! I had hoped to be able to put up a few pics from the Harry Potter book release already, but my camera's batteries were dead and I've been really busy with packing! The shiny parts are Baroque Satin, and the lighter parts are chiffon... neither are fun to sew with! However, the satin looks great with interfacing on it (gives it that real senshi poof) so if you're gonna go for it, I'd defintely say use those materials. ^-^ If you want something easier to sew, try trigger poplin. It's not shiny, but is good for making pleats. I'm sure there's lots of other fabrics that you could use, too. Send me photos when you get it finished!
