fuckin HELL YES. Warped tour this year kicked SO MUCH FUCKIN ASS. Marie and I got there around 8ish...met up with Scott, Melissa, and Colton....then hung out til 10ish when they opened the first gates...then sat around some more until they opened the main gates at 11am. We wandered about, got some free Fuse bags which came in REALLY handy to hold our stuff on our backs. Saw a couple songs of The Starting Line....bought an MCR shirt <3....went in the pit to watch Saosin...lost Marie by the end, but made it up to the front rail by the end....was in the front for Fall Out Boy and Atreyu...got out after Atreyu.
Found Starr and Josh...Peter found Marie and met up w/us...saw Dan and the Jew....got a LOT of water...played under the fire truck hose....Marie bought a Fall Out Boy shirt, I bought a shirt from The Weakend and their CD...bought an Atreyu shirt and waited in line to have them sign it....sat around....saw tattoo Josh...saw Flashley under the hose, and Chris not in the hose...watched a crazy chick band (Shira Girl)...saw Vince.
Walked around some more....saw Thrice...decided I wanted back in the pit...Marie stayed out, and I went in for Hawthorne Heights, and by their end of their set I was about 4 people back from the rail...for MCR I made it up to right behind the people on the rail...by the last MCR song I was on the rail (yay). I took lots of pix, so I'll be getting those developed today. After MCR we went over and saw Offspring, who only played 4 songs so that sucked.
I've got bruises all over my arms and on my feet and my chest really hurts from being smashed into people...but that's Warped Tour =) I'm a bit sunburned...and I still need to shower bcuz I just crashed last night. I'm hungry...off to the kitchen.
