It's been a while...
Much apologies...it's been a little while since I've updated. I've been rather sick, but starting to feel just a tad better, although I still sound like a frog. My weekend was rather boring...Saturday I did some laundry, went shopping to use some of my WIC checks (was a totally painful process, might I add). The lady didn't even know how to do it in the computer for WIC, so she had to call the manager. Then he came, explained it to her, and we RE-RANG all the groceries through. In 2 separate orders, for there were 2 separate checks. And again, she did it wrong. So we call the manager over again, and he does it for her to show her how to do it. So he rang the groceries through...AGAIN...and then she got it. So she rang the 2nd check of groceries through. Took forever...I really dislike Stop and Shop.
Oh, I forgotted...Friday night me and Bob went to 99 for dinner...his birthday was Thursday, so it was his birthday dinner. :-) We saw 2 of his friends there, Steve and Dave, who came over and sat and talked with us for a little bit. We then went to blockbuster and rented a couple movies...we managed to suffer through the movie "They"...it was horrible. Not worth the hour and a half it took to watch it, and it definetly wasn't worth the $3 or whatever it cost to rent it. Absolutely a terrible movie.
Anyways...Sunday morning Bob got here and gave me a dozen roses :-) because it was 2 months on Sunday that we've been engaged. Hehe, he's the best. I love him sooo much!!! We went to breakfast at Bickfords and came home. I watched the Patriots game at 1 while Bob napped because we're both sick and not feeling good, and then by the end of the game I was also asleep on the couch. And since the Red Sox and Yankees game had gotten rained out, we went to Blockbuster and rented another movie.
Monday I was back to work again, which pissed me off but oh well. I hate my job. And for the money I get paid, sometimes I wonder if its really worth it to show up every day. But I do. Whatever. Then saturn939 came over with a couple cute souvenirs from the annual VT trip that I couldn't go to this year. But it made me smile to know that her and bunnyz44 were thinking of me while they were there. We hung out around here all afternoon, she played with my hair and put it in braids while we laughed at Drew Carey on TV. It was nice to spend some time with her, even if we weren't doing anything too exciting. I love my Dejio. She's hott.
Well, off to some relaxing and reading now...I need it. Love love.
