Ah
Back home and my first full day on my regular routine. Such bliss. Had a fabulous time in Chicago but nothing beats my own home, roomates, cats and stuff. Today I had an appointment with my diabetec counseller and then came home to take my daily walk. Yikes, raining, cool and a bit of wind but I need that walk and to be honest I like walking in rain. Came home thoroughly cold, so I brewed up a big pot of Typhoo tea and am doing my morning computer routine. My readers from the Bristish Isles may sneer at Typhoo but I adore it. Always takes me back to my narrow boat canal trip in Wales when I practically lived on tea. Going to have hot buttered toast for lunch, more tea and then to work. Rhi is curled up near me and I'm feeling all warm and content. Ah such domestic bliss.
