It was interesting to hear about Voldemort's history and how every little possible hint that we probably have over-looked in previous books are all (finally) starting to come together.
I believe some of the remaining horcruxes are in Grimmauld Place and perhaps even in Godric's Hollow. (On page 116 of OotP there's a mentioning of a locket that wouldn't open. *wiggles eyebrows* This tidbit of a possible clue would also support yet another theory that R.A.B is actually Regulus Black seeing as it was found while cleaning out Grimmauld Place.)
I wonder how seventh year - er, what was suppose to be their seventh year at Hogwarts - will go. It will feel sort of odd not reading about them in school, and especially not having Dumbledore around anymore. To me he seemed a bit out of character when he pleaded to Snape (*mutters under breath* Greasy git... ) before he was murdered. He was so sure, proud, mysterious, even if he was somewhat nutters. It didn't feel right seeing him go like that. ***
However, I've been reading different theories that have been making me think. And since I thought you fellow HBP fanatics will find them interesting enough, I've decided to share them. ^.^
Thoughts on horcruxes.
*** Snape, good or bad? - As much as I don't really like Snape, I would have to agree with this theory on Snape still being a double agent. I believe Dumbledore pleading to Snape before he died was really an act. Perhaps that's why it seemed out-of-character to me after first reading it. But think about it: Dumbledore trusted Snape (against everyone's better judgment), and it must be for a much better reason than what was revealed to us by Trelawney. Also, the whole scene with Harry calling Sanpe a coward... I quote:
(HBP, Chapter 28, page 604)
"Kill me then," panted Harry, who felt no fear at all, but only rage and contempt. "Kill me like you killed him, you coward-"
"DON'T-" screamed Snape, and his face suddenly demented, inhuman, as though he was in much pain as the yelping, howling dog stuck in the house behind them- "CALL ME COWARD!"
Perhaps Snape hadn't really wanted to kill Dumbledore, but had to due to the fact of the promise he made to Narcissa, and had to show enough loyalty to Voldemort to help Harry in the end.
Those are just some thoughts of mine. Anyone else have any more theories? :)
