Malfoy--like Tonks in ch. 8--does not crack a smile. And again in the next paragraph, Harry notices that Malfoy, like Tonks, looks much thinner. Hmm. There's a connection there, I know it.

Ron left half an eyebrow behind. Harry sported one discolored eyebrow way back when he invited Luna to Slughorn's party. It's kinda stupid...but I keep noticing repetition, so I'll notice this too I guess.

Well, it is almost suicide to go outside at night in this book. Times have changed, and their lives are more important than a spider burial, I suppose. I'm still disappointed they haven't gone, though.
But it's different for Ron. I'm as terrified of spiders as he is, and it would be really hard for me to go see a gigantic spider from up close, even though it's dead.

Thanks for pointing out all the repeated things! I think I wouldn't have noticed many of the patterns without your notes. ^^
