A bit late, but here's my Ascension playlist from May 2nd...
I've been slow in posting this, thanks to being without Internet connection for several days last week. Here's what I played at May Ascension:

May 2nd was a fucking hellish night weatherwise (1.5m-high floodwaters in Coogee, for fuck's sake; this sort of thing doesn't happen in Sydney's eastern suburbs), on top of which I was in a poor way with flu, and if I hadn't been booked to DJ at Ascension that night I likely wouldn't have left the house myself. Bad weather and/or bad health don't usually put me off going to an event I'd normally want to go to, but these were exceptional circumstances... on top of which I also forgot to dose myself up on Codral before leaving the house, so by the time I got to Ascension it was, to be honest, the last place I wanted to be. That said, once I was in the booth, I had a marvellous time and wound up playing what I think is one of my better sets. That vague threat I made a while ago to retire from club DJing can probably be disregarded for a while...
