Thoughts late at night after a gig

The IVD's set was generally agreed to have been pretty good by everyone who witnessed it except the members of the band themselves. I will confess that I enjoyed doing my DJ set between Bleepin and Snog a lot more than our performance at the start of the night. Still, like I said, everyone else seemed to be getting into it and had nice things to say afterwards. And Dave Foreman admired our nerve in doing a cover of "Dead Eyes Opened".

Bleepin J Squawkins were fairly good, but I expected that.
Snog were terrific. Much better than I was expecting.

It was OK, it could've been worse.
It still wasn't enough.
But I'm not going to complain too much, nor go into much more detail about how things went.

I'll apologise to Brian and Kitty now, as the likelihood of me being at the baby meet-and-greet tomorrow is minimal at best. Right now I'd quite like to not leave the house for a few days (and would give almost anything to not have to do the Clan Analogue board meeting on Saturday).

Quite a lot of photography was done, the best of which shall appear tomorrow when I'm feeling brighter. Right now-bed.
