Since I went to bed late last night, I woke up at 9am this morning to get ready for my blood test. I got it done in less than 30 minutes...quick and easy. They said they were sending the results to my doctor tomorrow. Then I came back home and laid down on my bed...to rest my "brain." Then I went to my CAT scan at 12 in the afternoon. That was also quick and easy. When I finished I met up with my mom, and she was talking to some lady next to her...and crying. It ended up that the lady had just lost her husband 5 months ago, and found out a couple of days ago that she has cancer in her kidney...and that it is the type that spreads fast. She has no money because of her husbands death...and illness...but luckily her kids are going to help her out. So that was an emotional and spiritual bonding my mom and that lady Linda had together. Then we dropped the films off at my doctor...and they are going to let us know tomorrow whether or not I can go on my cruise. If they do let me, they will let me know the full details of the test when I get back...if they don't let me go then...I don't know. =) Then later today I went shopping for the devotional I talked about earlier. Nick ended up telling me the names of them...when I talked to her on the phone the other day. Just incase you guys are wondering, she recomended three of them; #1 Breaking Free, #2 Believing God, and #3 Jesus the One and Only. Of course like I said in an earlier post they are all by Beth Moore. I ended up getting ALL of them...because they were on sale...but of course it will take me a LONG time to get through all of them. I am SOOOOO excited though, to crank my way through them. I have been trying to pack a little here and there...because I can't do it all at once...it is too "draining" GRR! In the middle of it, Nathan called to talk. That went well...but I had to cut it short...because I wasn't feeling so great. Now i am going to get back to packing some more. Please continue to pray for me...and for guidance for my doctors as they examin my tests. Thank you SO much.
