Last update from Nursing School
Well guys,
This is my last and final nursing school update. Once again, I feel as if the people here at Job Corps have screwed me over.
Most of you know that I have had a bit of a record in the past. I went into detail about that record with the administator here, and several other people in the job corps system, and was told that none of that would impede me from gaining my lisence. However, today I was called into the acting Admin's office and told that the state of PA had received my record and was refusing me my lisence. So, I am no longer and SPN!! I could just cry right now.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I have just wasted three long, tiring, stressful months! I kept above a 4.0 gpa here, I worked my butt off in clinicals, and all of that counts for nothing. Nothing to make a person feel accomplished like having their past come back and bite them in the ASS!
so now I will be doing the BOT trade. (Secretarial skills) which I will be able to finish in two or three months and get the heck out of here. Then I will have my 1200 completion money, they will help me get a job, and I can go to school with loans and grants the way I should have done it years ago.
I sincerely apologize to all of those I have dissappointed through this. (specifically Daniel and Ms. Potucek) I know there was alot of effort, time, and resources put into getting me here. Here's hoping I am not truely fated to remaining white trash for the rest of my life.
