who wants a cheap rhinocerous?
so the other night i was rather bored while doing something on my laptop, and i happened to be near some art supplies that hadn't been used in years, so i pulled out my sketchbook and, uhm, drawing thingies, and pulled up a photo or two of allan, and for some reason i feel compelled to share the results... maybe i figure you can all use a good laugh or two! no, i have no pretenses of artistic talent, and yes, i know they look nothing like joe!
this one looks something like a puffy medieval drawing of a greek dude. done in china markers/grease pencils. i only had 4 colors, lol.
well at least this one has some vague armstrong resemblance. maybe this is a fourth illegitimate son? again, i only had a few colors, which is why he ended up with red hair and grey eyelashes. this was done with oil pastels, but i had 2 different brands and one didn't blend nearly as smoothly which is why his hair is lined instead of shaded. boo! regardless, still wouldn't have looked like allan. the first basic sketch looked an awful lot like daddy alun! as soon as i should have realized that, i should have switched and made it daddy alun :P
ok, time for me to leave you alone so you can go scrub your eyeballs...
