Doctor Who
I have always watched Torchwood and loved it but never really given Doctor Who a go because, well, I'm a sucker for ships and the idea that the companion changes as does the Doctor sort of put me off. Well I started to watch it anyways cos I love Billie Piper.
SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED.............
I started off with season one and Christopher Eccelston was great. I loved him as The Doctor. Rose and 9 had great connection and I loved the wackiness of the show. It was awesome to see JACK HARCKNESS! omg awesome.
Yah season two and OMG David Tennant! Why oh why couldn't he be the Doctor forever?!?!?!? *sigh* He is so damn fine. HIS HAIR OMG. THE SHOES AND THE SUIT. GAH. HIS SCOTTISH ACCENT. Some people aren't a fan of 10/Rose but I love them.
The end of season two was killer. I was balling my eyes out. The fact that they never got a proper goodbye was so sad. He was totes gonna say he loved her. y/y?
OMG THE TEAR RUNNING DOWN HIS CHEEK. HE IS ALL ALONE. It is so sad when The Doctor is left alone in the Tardis when his companion is gone. I WANNA HUG HIM.
I skipped season three cos I have never been a fan of Martha. She is ok but mah. CATHERINE TATE is in season 4 yah! So on to that season next. I have just watched the episodes so far that had Billie Piper cast, love her much? lol
OK CT is awesome. She is hilarious. OMG DoctorDonna! It was soooooooooo sad at the end of season 4 when her mind had to be erased so she has no idea what she did and how important she was. NOOOOO.
The end of season four was pretty epic. OMG all those character cross-overs was awesome. Martha, Sarah-Jane, Gwen Ianto, Jack, ROSE, Mickey, Jackie. IT WAS AWESOME. Finally Rose/The Doctor found each other. I love how all the characters just know that The Doctor totally digs Rose more than others.
I love in the midst of it all, when the other Doctor appeared Jack is throwing sexual innuendos around. Oh Jack with the inappropriateness.
YAH ROSE GETS THE DOCTOR. Its awesome cos its works. Even though it isn't THE Doctor it IS him but following a different path so his experiences will be different but still THE Doctor, if that makes any sense. If you've watched Farscape you will know what I mean. It totally works.
Um how cool are all the aliens? They are cheesy and awesome in the best way. OMG the Cybermen, DELETE DELETE. The Daleks - EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE. Oh how it makes me laugh cos its so old school DW and I love it. I still remember when I was little and my dad letting us watch DW I have a vague memory of the Doctor with his hat and red scarf? idk.
I think know I'm gonna go back and watch rest of Season 4 cos Catherine Tate is made of awesome and David Tennant in any context is awesome.
