I do not even know how to think or feel after that episode. The emotions were going crazy. I LOVED IT. Yes I was annoyed that they didn't have sex for reals but LOOK House created that delusion for a reason
I seriously did not see it coming. House being so far gone that he has been delusional for over 24 hours. The world he wished he could live in. It was a great twist that House was in fact not experiencing any of what we saw last episode and now he is institutionalizing himself. WTF I cannot wait to see what is wrong with him.
I especially loved the editing especially when it all hit him. The flashes between the night with Cuddy, her hand and his face and the vicodin. It really is what Wilson said that he is replacing vicodin with Cuddy.
