Long time no update. I have been working alot lately and have been watching my shows then crashing cos of course I have work early the next day. At least I am racking in the doe. I need all I can get for my trip in December.
Anyways, I thought I would rant a bit on some of this weeks shows. Just in case people haven't seen....
Gossip Girls
Another great episode in teen show land. We have a masked ball and everyone who is anyone is invited. Blair makes Jenny do a long list on errands for her because she a lazy mean biatch. AHH Jenny get out of that crowd your so much better. Though I did love her trick on Chuck who is an absolute tool and deserved everything he got, LOL stripped to underwear and left on the roof of building. Dan's old flame Vanessa returns to town and of course Serena gets the wrong message. The BEST part of this show is LILY/RUFUS scenes. OMG I love that she brought Rufus as her date to make the old dude jealous. They both looked so adorable together. I think this is a great couple to get to know because we know they have a past so we get to sort of find out bits about them each week. I see them as the older more mature version of Dan and Serena. So we know that Dan/Serena may end badly but you know that even if we don't see it they will find each other again one day cos you know, they're OTP. Yeah I think WAY too much into this. LOL. The 'kiss' was great too. LOL - he says 'nostalgic' she says 'neausous' oh Lily. What does she see in that guy?!
Bones
I just had to comment about the therapy sessions. These were great. That kid therapist was so funny. I love how Booth kept intimidating him etc. The ending was so great I had to re-watch it a bunch of times. Booth looked so sad when Bones said they probably wouldn't have coffee together. NAWWWW KILL ME NOW WITH CUTENESS. Those two complement each other so well, he hit the nail on the head there. They just need to realize it. Someday I am sure, but for now I love their denial, makes for banter/bickering which is what I LOVE. I also think it makes a relationship interesting when both people are passionate about what they believe and they stick with it regardless of what the other thinks. This also gives them both an idea of other views of people and cases that they might not have thought of. Great dynamic these characters.
Private Practice
So we finally meet Allen. So we all automatically loath him right? LOL Its so frustrating to watch Violet just give in to him. I can tell how Cooper feels like all the time. Violet needs to open her eyes and see how much Cooper loves and supports her. Damn I love these two. I know its meant to be Addison/Pete but I am not into that as much as these two. So cute. BFF!
Men in Trees
Man Jack kills me with his all round cuteness. His voice is just damn sexy whenever he opens his mouth. I loved the thing he told Cash I literally melted. He is just gah so adorable. I have no words. Glad Lynn is OUT. She is friggin annoying and of course ruining jack/merrin. I cant believe he was getting that tattoo removed that would of cained! Oh Patrick could I love you more? he is THE cutest.
The Office
OMG some funny stuff. The stuff that stood out was the whole. 'Oh D' scene with Andy/Dwight. LMFAO. OMG Dwight's face and the chanting of the line killed me. Dwight was so happy. OMG JIM AND SECOND LIFE CHARACTER PHILLY JIM. LMAO. Pam: I want philly jim. Oh boy!
Okay I WANT Darryls songs, they were awesome. I loved Pam's animation on the ad. Actually I thought it was a great ad. They should of used it.
Moonlight
The only really great thing about this show is mick and beth. I love that he has been watching over her, her whole life. If that isnt love i dont know what is. I just have to say the ending was great. Beth wandering over to Mick's car in search of him. Mick pops up as if from know where as he dropped his keys under the car and was hidden from Beth's view. He stands up and become face to face with Beth. Mick wide eyed and Beth's gasp. She explains that he didn't even say goodbye. She looked so sad. You know that Mick is so in love with her but has to stay away cos duh he's a vampire. Beth decides to take matters in her own hands. Places her hand on his cheek, reaches up and kisses him on the mouth. Mick is so adorable cos he is shocked by this gesture. He is still standing their in shock so she does it again then runs off. He stands there and grins. OMG they are so cute together I love it.
I went and saw The Brave One on Saturday and I thought it was great. I was transfixed by Jodie Foster and the transformation of her character. She is amazing. It made me think about what would happen if I was in that situation. You can see that it would be possible. You have been almost beaten to death and lost a loved one the process. Your whole sense of security and well being is broken. You would notice the more harsher realities around you and become more aware of it. Jodie did a great job and also Terrance Howard. I like seeing the other half work on the case. I loved the bond they form that becomes a close friendship. Great movie really recommend it. Now I am desperate to see Saw 4. No one will see it with me. Too scared! I am addicted to those films. Nothing will beat the awesomness of the first one but still I wanna see it.
Yah I ordered: The Office Season 3, House Season 1,2 & 3, Bones Season 2, Studio 60, Veronica Mars Season 3, Prison Break Season 2 should be here tomorrow!! I need a House marathon BAD! I have also got Box set of Stargate and Xfiles for when I have the money cos I want them real bad to.
Back to some old school Grey's Anatomy. Remember season 1 and 2 when it didn't suck? yeah good times.
