I've said it before, countless times, and I will say it again, countless more, for ever and ever because words simply can not convey the feelings I am trying to describe.
tacos after swim practice=pure bliss.
seriously. seasoned beef on a crispy corn tortilla with freshly chopped avocado, onion, tomato and cilantro with some olive oil for moisture... Sargento 4 cheese Mexican fancy shredded cheese on top while the beef and shell are still warm... chopped lettuce on that all covered in dollops and dollops of sour cream. Biting into one is like riding all by yourself without training wheels for the first time, or finding out how photosynthesis works... it's just such an extraordinary experience that you have to be a part of it to fully comprehend it.
