Alright
so me and Austin went and looked at a BADASS house today in Arlington. It's literally a fucking mansion. We want to rent it, but we need 2 or possibly 3 more roommates.
Seriously you guys, this house is the fucking shit. It's 2 stories, 3 bedrooms on the first level, huge living room, big kitchen, hardwood floors, everything. The upstairs level has 3 bedrooms, a library, a BAR, big bathroom, ect...
Bottom line is that this house is a fucking party house to the extreme. We talked to the neighbors and they said that everyone down the entire street has parties all the time. AND its got a huge back yard (perfect for bbq's) oh and it's got a really nice balcony(i liked that the best)
so if you're interrested, let me or Austin know and we'll go over the rent and details.
Im really picky about where I live, but I REALLY like this place and I know it would be badass if we got it. The neightbors are cool, it's a quiet little neighborhood, it's close to UTA, so please please please let me know if you're interrested
